Machine Gun Buyers Information

All guns are guaranteed to be as described and to function properly. You have a three day inspection period upon receipt of the gun by your FFL and if you are unhappy for any reason you may return the gun for a full refund. Shooting safety is not guaranteed and you should have your gun checked by a gunsmith. Ammunition types and range conditions are variables that I cannot control. All auto-weapons are pre-1986 and are sold as collectors’ items.

If you are paying for a gun on layaway, please be sure to make your payments as agreed. Layaway or cash deposits are fully refundable within 60 days. After 60 days up to 90 days deposits are refundable by store credit only. After 90 days there are no refunds.

Transfer forms are initiated as soon as possible. There is never any long delay here. PLEASE DO NOT CALL OR EMAIL TO SEE IF WE HAVE HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR TRANSFER. We have no control over BATFE procedures and that office does not inform us of the progress of transfers. As soon as we receive approved forms in the mail, your gun usually ships to your dealer within the next day or two, providing there is no balance due. PA residents will be contacted as soon as possible to arrange pickup.
